Private transfer from CDG

Your driver meets you at the airport, tracks your flight and takes you to the hotel door. The fare is fixed when you book: €80 for one to three passengers, €85 for four, €90 for five, €100 for six, €110 for seven and €120 for eight. A baby seat and a booster seat are included free, and you pay the driver at the end of the journey.

This is the simplest option after a long flight, when you arrive late at night, or when you are travelling with children or more than two suitcases.

Arriving at Charles de Gaulle

CDG has three terminals, and your terminal depends on your airline. Tell us your flight number when you book and we will track your arrival and confirm the meeting point. Customs and baggage collection can take 30 to 60 minutes after landing, and your driver adjusts to your actual arrival time, so a delayed flight does not mean a missed pick-up.

What it costs per person in a group

A private transfer is priced per vehicle. At the fares above, four passengers pay about €21 each, six about €17 each and eight about €15 each, which spreads the cost across the group and removes the changes that come with the RER.

The Passy neighbourhood

Passy is a calm, elegant part of the 16th arrondissement, with easy access to the river and the Eiffel Tower. Nearby you will find:

  • Trocadéro gardens and the Palais de Chaillot, for the view of the Eiffel Tower.
  • Musée Marmottan Monet, a museum known for its collection of Impressionist works.
  • Rue de Passy itself, with shops, bakeries and cafes.

Your return to the airport

For the return trip, plan to reach CDG about three hours before an international departure, and add extra time on weekday mornings when traffic into the airport is heaviest. Pre-book your driver and give us your flight time and terminal when you do.

By taxi from the airport rank

You can take a standard taxi from the rank outside arrivals without booking. Taxis from CDG to the Right Bank, which includes the 16th arrondissement, run on a regulated flat fare that is set officially, so check the current rate. The journey takes about 45 to 60 minutes depending on traffic. The difference with a private transfer is that you queue at the rank, vehicles are usually smaller, and child seats are not guaranteed.

By RER B and metro

  1. Take the RER B from CDG to Denfert-Rochereau, about 35–40 minutes.
  2. Change to metro line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle – Étoile and get off at Passy, about 20 minutes.
  3. Walk to rue de Passy, about 250 metres.

Tickets for this route are sold by the transport operator, so check the current price. It works with light luggage but has stairs and changes.

By Le Bus Direct

Le Bus Direct line 2 has run from CDG via Porte Maillot and Étoile to Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower. From Trocadéro you can take metro line 6 one stop to Passy, or walk. Check that the service is currently running and its timetable before relying on it, as it has been suspended and restarted in the past.

Tips for arriving at Hotel Passy Eiffel

  • Tell the hotel your approximate arrival time, especially if you land early or late.
  • Give us your flight number so your driver can track delays.
  • Pre-book your return journey to the airport to avoid the last-minute rush on departure morning.
