Getting to Explorers Hotel

From the airports

The hotel is about 40 to 50 minutes by road from Charles de Gaulle and Orly in normal traffic, and about 1 hour 30 from Beauvais. A pre-booked private transfer drops you at the hotel entrance, which saves a long wait with children at the end of a flight.

Is Explorers Hotel a good choice for families?

Families choose it for the play areas, the pool and the shuttle, and for rooms and suites that suit parents with several children. Because it is about 2 km from the parks, it is not within walking distance, so you rely on the free shuttle, which can be busy at peak times. If you want to be within walking distance of the park entrance, look at the hotels inside the resort, such as Disney’s Hotel New York or Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne.

What it costs per person from the airport

A private transfer is priced per vehicle. From Charles de Gaulle, four passengers paying €80 spend about €20 each, and a group of eight paying €100 spends about €12.50 each. From Orly, a group of eight pays €120, which is €15 each.

From Paris by public transport

Take the RER A to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy, then follow the signs for the hotel shuttle or a local bus to Magny-le-Hongre. Check the current shuttle pick-up point with the hotel.
