Visit our reservation page and complete the booking form. Once submitted, we verify your details and send a confirmation email with your fixed fare within a few minutes. There are no booking fees — you pay the confirmed amount to the driver at the end of your journey.

After collecting your luggage and exiting the arrivals hall, your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. If you cannot locate your driver for any reason, contact us immediately.

You may pay by cash or by credit and debit card directly to the driver at the start or the end of your transfer, whichever you prefer.

A night-time surcharge applies to all transfers operating between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM. This is always communicated and confirmed in your booking — no surprises.

For flights, we recommend being collected at least 3 hours before departure. For train journeys, allow 2 hours. Contact us in advance if you need to adjust this and we will accommodate you.

There is no need to worry. We monitor your flight or train number in real time and adjust the pickup accordingly. We will be there when you land — simply let us know if plans change significantly.

Yes. One baby seat and one booster seat are provided free of charge. If you require additional seats, please mention this when booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

Our fleet includes luxury sedans, SUVs and spacious vans for larger groups. All vehicles are modern, regularly serviced and equipped for a comfortable, premium journey.

The best way to travel is with our private transfer service. The journey from Charles de Gaulle (CDG) to Disneyland Paris takes approximately 45 minutes to one hour, depending on traffic. Unlike shared shuttles, our service is direct — no multiple hotel stops. Your driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, help with your luggage, and take you straight to your Disney hotel.

We offer fixed-price private transfers with no hidden fees. The price quoted during booking is the final amount you pay — covering tolls, taxes, and fuel. The only potential addition is the night-time surcharge (8:00 PM to 6:00 AM), which is always clearly communicated during booking.

While shuttle services like the Magical Shuttle exist (costing around €23 per person), they operate on fixed schedules and make multiple stops at various hotels, which can extend travel time. A private transfer with Piyo Cab is often better for families or those with heavy luggage. We offer door-to-door service, a private vehicle, and we wait for you — especially helpful if your flight is delayed, as we monitor your flight number in real time.

Absolutely. We are a family-oriented service. We provide baby seats and booster seats free of charge upon request. Our fleet includes spacious vehicles that can accommodate strollers and luggage comfortably. Traveling with children can be stressful, but with Piyo Cab, you have a private, safe space for the whole family to relax on the way to the magic.

For return journeys to CDG or Orly (ORY), we generally recommend pickup at least 3 to 4 hours before your flight departure time. This accounts for the 45-60 minute drive and airport check-in procedures. If you are departing from Beauvais Airport (BVA), which is further away (approx. 1 hour 25 minutes), please allow for extra travel time. Contact us in advance, and we can tailor the pickup to your specific flight schedule.
